Our state of the art PRD Pipe Manufacturing System provides 200 tons of head forming pressure to manufacture California Department of Transportation and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approved pipe to your required ASTM certification. We manufacture precise diameter sizes using DSAW technologies for exact specifications and applications. ANY outside diameter from 24 inch to 127 inch manufactured to your specifications.

Full penetration welds on all spiral weld pipe produced and in-line ultra-sonic testing if required. Mill edge coils are machine finished to exact width and weld joint profile is a double V groove that is then Submerged Arc Welded (SAW)(DSAW) to 100% penetration and the mill will produce up to 180 ft pipe lengths.



Availability of Abrasion Resistant and high strength steel.
